Freebirds World Burrito in Arlington

Worst burrito I ever had. Dry beans, dry rice, no taste. Freebirds alright like bird poop.

Chips were perfectly salted. Best nachos I've had in a long time!

The venue was a fun place but the food was nothing to write home about. I will say at least they have gluten free and vegan options. So that is why I gave them 3 stars.

Corporatism has ruined Freebirds can't tell the difference between Freebirds and Chipotle. Every corporatism known to man is in play.. Disappearing ingredients (red onions) smaller portions.. Higher prices.. Meat sits out until gone or all moisture in the air has tried to save it.. Used to enjoy eating here.. Now just lining the pockets at the top.... Nothing special to see here.. Move along..

I've never had a problem with their food or service. Staff can be a little short at time but overall not bad. Option for different sized burritos is nice. Queso is better than Chipotle's (although not as good as Q'doba)

I had a great lunch from here today. I went in during my lunch break and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Burrito tasted delicious. I added some habanero sauce to it to give it a kick and it worked wonderfully. The staff was excellent, the person who helped me Evangelina, did a great job. Also met with the assistant GM, who was extremely friendly and made the experience above and beyond what I expected.

The burritos and salsa were delicious, I also love that you can select four different flavors of tortilla. Great burrito at a good price. Ask for Gary He's the bomb. I'm glad I gave this place another chance

One of my favorite places to eat 'Mexican food'. They have Beyond Meat as an option for your protein. They have a great online allergen menu and I can eat without worry.

Home of the best chips and salsa!!! My burrito with beyond meat was super tasty, especially with additional lemon and lime squeezes. You cannot go wrong eating here. Yummy!

Went earlier today on my lunch to get a monster steak burrito that I was craving this is one of my favorite places but I guess it’s because I went later in the day or the food was sitting out too long. It was disgusting I’m actually upset I wasted my money this way then my monster looked like the same size as the guy that was in front of me and his was a freebird. This makes me not want to go back ever smh

So offer curbside via online but phone is not available at all. Tipped 5 dollars but got a monster burrito that was like all rice and no filling. Had to go in to get the sauce on side originally requested. Really wouldn’t recommend this place during this time or watch them make it. No masks or real safety being followed here. Very teenager mindset. Will stick with torchy’s.

I love the variety that Freebirds offers. Especially when I change my diet goals as much as I do haha You can be really good, or really bad! But even then I don't think being bad here is that crazy haha The staff at this location is always so helpful and sweet too. ☺️

I got a big, girthy burrito and it was delicious.

I really enjoy the burritos here. The last visit I had the best burrito I've ever had there. Maybe it was me choosing a perfect combo from all of their various toppings, maybe it was that it was all expertly cooked, probably both. The other burrito place doesnt come close to taste or selection of toppings.

Great place manager is the sweetest

The burritos were great, everyone enjoyed them! We got chicken and beef and steak burritos. I love all the options for making burritos and I love that there wasn't an overpowering cilantro flavor to everything, which has been my experience at Chipotle. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I've seen some of the negative reviews here about the staff, but that wasn't my experience at all. Definitely recommend!

Good food, clean area, friendly service, casual vibes.

Alight I ordered a monster burrito from this door dash app. in the instructions I said to make it mega hot and I added literally all their meats plus extra. They burrito roller met all my expectations I was very Impressed with the way things tasted and the presentation of the burrito.

Nice atmosphere. Customer service was awesome. Food was great!!!

Pretty disappointed. It took forever to get my order, which I understood because they had to make more queso for my daughter’s nachos, but when I got home and opened my salad, all it was basically was tomatoes, cheese, uncooked onions and peppers (highly disappointed in that), and it was drenched in dressing. It was like an uncooked soup with a few bits of lettuce and chicken. Used to be one of my family’s favorite spots, but it has gotten worse and worse the past year.

I usually get one of the burritos which is usually great, but this time I decided to try the nachos. They weren't the best but they weren't the worst either. I would normally rate this place five stars but they have taken a couple of things off the menu and again the nachos weren't really that good.

The employees are always incredibly nice to me, and the food is delicious. Easily the best queso I've had... ever. A wonderful place that encourages people to be themselves.

Great chicken salad, don't forget the Death Sauce.

I really understand this is a busy time but when you place an order online and your servers walk down the aisle with the order I can't upstand how the order can be wrong and not just wrong totally wrong. The food went straight into the trash, if I had gone back up there I might have lost it.. i continue to give this place a try because my son likes it. I'm done, and will be sharing my experiences with everyone I can.

They are really really so bad for curbside order service.They don’t care customers whose came to pick up online orders.They are even escaping eye contact with customers.You must put yourself their middle of eyes.I really don’t recommend this place for online orders.

Better than chipotle. The steak is extremely tender. They have tortilla flavor and size selections. All around better. They have food sizes and selections for everyone to include children sized burritos, and vegan and vegetarian selections. It is like a higher quality subway but for burritos. Be sure to make something out of your aluminum foil.

Kinda rude when called, ordered on the website to this location but when I called them they said no I didn't place an order even with showing them proof they still said no. Kinda disappointed how hard is it to take ownership and just correct it. Oh right NVM people can't do that anymore. Was gonna give 3 stars now I'm just giving one I won't be back don't live here in this dumpster area anyways 😂

I placed my order online ahead of time for a 12:30 pickup...I get here at 12:40 and I call (curbside pickup) and the phone just keeps saying no one is available after one ring. So I have to go inside (which defeats the purpose) and the lady tells me my order isn’t ready and it’s gonna be a while but mine is next. I tell her about the phone which she pulls out of her back pocket and hangs it up. I ask if they can still bring it out and she says “ugh! We can but it’s gonna be a while”. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they are still not going to have it ready and don’t want to do curbside. I won’t be doing that again. Did I mention I’m on my lunch break and my time is limited?????

Food is great! The beyond meat is the deal maker.. I will be back

Freebirds still makes a good burrito but not like they used to. Their quality has suffered somewhat. The freshness of the meat and the taste of the rice and beans are just not the same. I don't know what it is. Did you change your recipes?

My first time there and the food and the service were both good, only thing is that they didn’t have any fresh ingredients out when we got there and it was 5 o’clock in the evening so we had to wait a little while to get our food.

the place was nice, the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. I ordered a bowl of cilantro rice w grilled chicken. in my opinion, the meat was so dry and tasteless. i liked the atmosphere here but have to say I still prefer Chipotle's food.

The food was delicious and the people were kind and quick. We got extra sour cream when we asked for it. The nachos were piled on which isn’t always the case with nachos. It was definitely enough food for me and my husband to share. Also, I love the decorations and overall vibes of the place.

First timer. Great food

This location is located right in the Highlands and it real easy to get to. They don't skimp on the fillings and leave you full when you're done. Everything was fresh and the place was clean. I just so happened to sit near at the bar in the corner where their latest inspection was hanging up. You'll be please to know they scored at 97, which made the food that much more enjoyable to me.Great Freebirds!

Love this place. Tacos / burritos fixed just your way. Much better/cheaper then ?????. Wish there was one closer to us.

This place is better than Chipotle. I think the variety is better and the price point remains about the same. There are a ton of veggie and sauce options. Always get the burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side!
